I completed the questionnaire but it seems to be not completed

Every time a question or check point is filled in, the small red bar that is displayed on the right of the question/check point, disappears. Every time you mark a question with a Not OK answer (NOK), a cause must be selected. If the cause is not selected, the small red bar on the right next to the question won’t disappear.

So if you think you’re ready, but the overview of completed checklists indicates that there are still check points to be filled in, simply open the questionnaire again. Look for the red bars on the right-hand side of the checklist to complete it.
