Can I remind action takers to take action on all their outstanding actions at once?

No, this is not possible. However you can login on the Easy to Inspect website and choose the “All” button in the non-conformity section in the Dashboard report menu. There you can select period, checklist, inspector, filters (if used) and the status of the reports you would like to monitor: completed, ongoing, due, not assigned. Once the overview is prepared you can export this overview to Excel and send it to all or selected action takers.
