After the data is received, a process is started in the background to generate a PDF report and send it to you. We process photo files to smaller sizes and include them in the PDF reports to be able to send out the reports. All reports will be offered to our email client. However, mails are sent to you via various email-servers that all have own data-limits. In general, datafiles of 10 MB’s are accepted. Reports that contain a lot of photos will exceed this 10 MB file-size. So, if you do not receive an email, it is probably too big. You can always login on our dashboard, download the file in normal and high quality and share it with filesharing tools.
