As from iOS 11 Apple uses HEIF/HEIC compression for photo’s. This format is not accepted in our online inspection tool, when you add a photo to your inspection.
Please change your camera settings on your iOS device. Settings / Camera / Structures / choose ‘most compatible’.
Another option would be to convert your .heic photofiles to .jpg or .png. You could do so using a number of online tools, search for HEIC to jpg in your search engine
