Please make sure that if you have a high end smartphone or tablet, you change the format of your photos to “Small format” in the settings in the App.
Modern high end smartphone/tablets have very high resolution cameras, that make photos with a (very) large file size. We upload these photos to our backend and compress the photos there to a smaller format, so we can use them in your inspections reports.
The large file size of the photos, will however result large amount of data that has to be transffered over your wireless connection. Whether this is 4G or Wifi, your bandwith may be limited by your provider or your company. Please note, this is independent of the signal strength of your connection. You can have a very good connection to your nearest acces point/cellur base sttation, but in the background the bandwith can be limited.
