If you would like to disable a checklist for your users, you simply click on the green coloured ‘eye’ next to the checklist name. It will turn red and your users won’t be able to use the checklist after synchronisation with the database. It is important to use this function if you update or modify your checklist. Your checklist-results will be archived on your device until you have uploaded the inspection results to the database. After your upload the report will be removed from your device automatically. The photos however are stored in your photo library and will be kept on your device until you remove them. We urge you to upload your inspection report as soon as possible, to ensure that you won’t suffer from data-loss in case of operating system or App updates. In this case, the administrator created the checklist in one language and did not translate the checklist. You then will only see the checklists displayed if you use the App in the default language of the administrator. In this case, the administrator has not translated the questionnaire. The default language will be automatically filled in, in the questions of other languages. So if you change the language in the App, all menu items are translated but the checklist itself is only available in the language that the administrator used when creating the checklist. All checklist that you use are placed automatically in your local folder in the App. So just click the favourite icon in lower bar in the App and pick the checklist that you would like to use. Each time you select a new checklist and you download it to your device, this checklist is stored under the tab "local" as a favourite checklist. If you stop using this checklist, you can remove it from your device. Click on the local button in the lower menu bar and then select the delete button in the upper right corner of your screen. Choose the checklist and click on the crossed red tick box before the checklist. You can exit the screen by clicking on the delete button again or select another screen in the lower menu bar. You can always download the checklist again, if you would like to use it later on. Be aware: To make sure that you won't loose any data, please send in completed checklists before you delete the checklist from your local folder! Yes, if your upload failed, your checklist will be kept on your device. After a completed transmission, the checklist will be deleted from your device. If your transmission failed this is due to a slow connection. If your checklist is not transmitted completely within 15 minutes, our server will report a ‘time out’ and closes the connection. You then have to try again. This is why we recommend to use a 3G or 4G connection only or a WIFI connection with sufficient capacity (2MB/sec upload speed). Please be informed that location, position, movement will influence transmission speed, even with 3G connections. However to avoid loss of your inspection data, the following procedure has to be followed! If there is update, the App store of your OS will notify you on your device. During an upgrade, the upgrade process should protect your data and usually inspection results are not affected. However, we cannot guarantee that during an upgrade data gets lost or damaged. Installed software and the OS may interfere with the upgrade process. This may result in (partly) loss of your (in)complete inspections. Therefore it is required that before you install the new version of the App, you upload all inspection results to our database. Thus your results are save on our server. Every time a question or check point is filled in, the small red bar that is displayed on the right of the question/check point, disappears. Every time you mark a question with a Not OK answer (NOK), a cause must be selected. If the cause is not selected, the small red bar on the right next to the question won't disappear. So if you think you're ready, but the overview of completed checklists indicates that there are still check points to be filled in, simply open the questionnaire again. Look for the red bars on the right-hand side of the checklist to complete it.
